Korean Drama OST Concert to Be Staged in Japan, Friday April 24, 2009

The "Korean Wave Gala Concert 2009" will be held at the Tokyo International Forum on July 11.

The concert will feature Korean singers who took part in the original soundtracks of Korean dramas which have been popular in Japan. They include Ryu, who sang the theme song of “Winter Sonata,” Zero of “Beautiful Days,” July of “Stairway to Heaven,” and Hong Jong-myung of “Beautiful Lady” and “Happy Together” (starring Lee Byung-hun).

Actor Park Hae-jin, who appeared in “Famous Princesses” and “East of Eden,” will attend as a special guest.

I dont know but once you watched 1-2 dramas, all Korean Dramas seem the same... just look at Winter Sonata, Summer Scent, and Stairway to Heaven... there are some basic elements and events that happen in those 3 for example. Anyways... I liked those 3 _. All About Eve was a good one... it wasnt the typical K-Drama I expected, maybe because its older than the other mentioned.

Agreed and so true. And yet, people still tune into watch the new drama again and again.
